first you would ask the first customer to give you one moment please and quickly answer the second customers questions then once you are done helping the second customer go back to the first and apologize for having to take the other person and get back to the conversation.
Answer: I would be most likely to tell her to hold on a second and continue helping my initial customer. I would be least likely to stop helping my initial and jump to the immediate customer.
