My best guess is B. The time of her arrest might have actaully helped the others fighting for civil rights. It gave many inspiration and an example of a bold move against segregation. Rosa Park's action also lead to the Montgomery Bus Boycott, which was a huge step to civil rights. The other sentences are true statements. Hope that helps :D
