The answer is obviously letter D.
Inspectors should be familiar with standard inspection method so they can easily check what has to be checked. They must use checklist so as to inspect everything smoothly and that, nothing's left untouched. In giving their analysis, stand, observation, or suggestions, it would be better if they'll use simple words for the client to easily understand. They should not encourage the client to contribute ideas towards their analysis for they are there to gauge, test, measure, assess and inspect for the client's improvement.
