Hi!

First off, the Condensation stage of the water cycle is where water vapour gathers together into clouds (and when the clouds become heavy enough with vapour, it releases water as rain).

So, if there was NO condensation stage in the water cycle, there would be no clouds. Then if there are no clouds existent, it will not rain.
To add, clouds reflect sunlight, helping to cool the Earth. So if there are no clouds, the average/normal temperature of the Earth will increase substantially.

Hope I could help!
