Mile stones are important because you don’t want to over work your body so you would set mile stones to stay in shape. An mile stone would be to loose 20 pounds per 2 months
A milestone is like a long term goal, for Example my milestone is to be in the NBA with Kevin Durant and Stephen curry. milestones are important because they help set a certain goal that you can accomplish.
