Mass culture is defined as the appeal of different forms of entertainment to a much larger audience. Now, in the 21st century, for entertainment we can watch the same thing without the trip using the television. Likewise, movies became a hit in the 1880's, and continued to entertain the populous through the century. The same case is true for sports games. Though not everything is the same. Back then, physical performances such as dance show and plays were much more common than they are today. Nowadays, we have technology to entertain the masses.''
