now, we can find b and c from

$x^2+bx+c=0$

so, we will have to make coefficient x^2 as 1

so, we divide both sides by 3

$3x^2-4x+15=0$

$\frac{3x^2-4x+15}{3}= \frac{0}{3}  $

$\frac{3x^2}{3}-\frac{4x}{3}+\frac{15}{3}= \frac{0}{3}  $

now, we can simplify it

$x^2-\frac{4}{3}x+5= 0  $
