The Roman Empire weakened to several reasons. one thing is that they had very poor protection. Armies and other countries had an upper hand for conquering land because the Romans didn't have a good protection. Next thing is that, the citizens weren't included much with any changes to their Empire. Lastly, Christianity was a bit of a problem because some people didn't accept it and that caused lots of problems. u can do some research to try and see more deeper into this stuff. There is more reasons why the Romans Weakened but these are all I remember.
