In a paragraph of 125 words, compare the physical features of Canada with the place where you live. In what ways is it the same? In what ways is it different?

do it for the usa

Respuesta :

well its different in one way almost all of it is a mountainous region and the united states is more diverse but they are the same in a way that they both have mountains and are on the same continent and another way that its different is the area is more rocky the U.S has different types of mountains such as rocky and smoky mountains and another difference is that the U.S has a lot of coastal territory and more water features than Canada.

You will have to fix the grammar but hope this helps

The country where I live is the Republic of Macedonia.

Comparison:

Canada is a country that has a relatively simple relief, the far east of the country is dominated by hills, the far west is dominated by high mountains, and in between (which is the majority of the territory) is a vast lowland covered with forests. It has lots of big rivers that are cutting the vast lowlands, and lakes of glacial origin.

The Republic of Macedonia has the so called ''chess type'' relief, where there's lots of small (by area) mountains, and in between there's valleys. It is the country that actually has the most mountains in the world if we take area and number of mountains. There's lots of mountains that go over 2,000 meters, and 5 that go over 2,500 meters. Most of the valleys are in the range of 65 meters to 400 meters of elevation.

There isn't really any similarity between the physical features of the two countries, apart from both of them having glacial lakes, thought he Canadian ones are mostly in the lowlands, while the Macedonian ones are over 2,000 meters up in the mountains.
