Make use of what you know about points on the unit circle, and the definitions of the trig functions.
(x, y) = (cos(θ), sin(θ))
sec(θ) = 1/cos(θ)
cot(θ) = cos(θ)/sin(θ)
From these relations, you know
.. sec(θ) = 1/(-9/41) = -41/9
.. cot(θ) = (-9/41)/(40/41) = -9/40
.. sin(θ) = 40/41
