      Ok so a calorie is a unit of heat required to raise the temperature of one gram of water by one degree.
You have 78 grams of water you want to raise 14 degrees.
SO...raising 78 grams 1 degree would take 78 calories
Raising 78 grams 14 degrees would take 78 X 14
