Select the dangling modifier in the paragraph.

Sitting outside yesterday, I noticed a hawk far overhead. Circling slowly in the sky, I watched intently. Based on its movements, the hawk had likely spotted prey.
Select the misplaced modifier in the paragraph.

Select the misplaced modifier in the paragraph.

When I find myself in a stressful situation, there are some strategies that I have learned to use. If there is a test coming up, I envision the test that I will take in my mind. If I am getting worked up, I take slow, deep breaths. I also relieve some of the stress by exercising.
PLEASE HELP

1. The dangling modifier in the paragraph is "Circling slowly in the sky, I watched intently."
Explanation- This sentence contains a dangling modifier because "Circling slowly in the sky" does not indicate the subject (who/ what is circling slowly in the sky). The sentence is "dangling" because it does not specify what or to whom
the modifier "circling" is referring to. In order to fix the dangling modifier, the sentence could be accurately rephrased as "I watched  intently as the hawk circled the sky slowly".

2. The misplaced modifier is "
Based on its movements, the hawk had likely spotted prey."
Explanation- This is a misplaced modifier, because it is unclear whether "its" is referring to the hawk or prey's movements.
In order to fix the misplaced modifier the sentence could be accurately rephrased as, "Based on the hawk's movements, its likely it spotted prey."

3. The misplaced modifier (second paragraph) is "
If there is a test coming up, I envision the test that I will take in my mind."
Explanation- Here the misplaced modifier makes the sentence poorly constructed, making it seem that the speaker is taking the test in his or her mind. To
fix the misplaced modifier the sentence could be accurately rephrased as, "If there is a test coming up, in my mind, I envision the test that I will take."

Correct -

Circle slowly in the sky.

Do not select -

Based on its movements.
