For a strong literary analysis start with a strong thesis statement/claim that gives readers an idea of where you are going with your analysis. Try to be specific. If you plan on using quotes be sure to use quotes that do not just blatantly restate your claim but give way to more analysis. When analyzing quotes or examples make sure not to summarize and be sure to look into the deeper meaning. Finally wrap it up with a conclusion that ties together all of your ideas and reminds readers of your point.
