Especially if the fellow co-worker is working in the food handling industry, it would be very important to keep the hands well washed especially after using the bathroom. I would approach this by saying it is company policy to keep hands well washed so that the food does not become contaminated with bacteria and also of course to emphasize that clear gloves must be worn when coming in direct contact with food. Such gloves are also important to be used by dentists and dental assistants.
