The area
west of the Ural Mountains is warmer compared to other areas because of the
mountain ridges that shield the place from the very cold winds. It has also a
leveled area with enough water supplies from the lakes and rivers. In addition,
the place is rich in mineral and natural resources; thus, life and industry
will thrive amply there.
