Robert Reich stated that the four marketable skills employees are as follows. 1.) Abstract thinking, which is the ability to construct a model. A customer's life cycle, for example, is a model. 2.) Systems thinking, which is the ability to connect the components of a model are connected. If an employee can connect castles and medieval waterways, he or she is doing this. 3.) Collaboration, which is the ability for an employee to work with two or more other people to attain a goal or complete a project. 4.) The ability to experiment, which is one's ability to make a hypothesis about new alternatives or resources that an organization can use, and then to test that hypothesis, regardless of the outcome; the ability to move forward with the process is enough.
