Hamlet was
disturbed about what the ghost revealed to him; thus, he wanted to verify if it
is true by having a theater troop to present a play similar to it. He told Rosencrantz
and Guildenstern about the play and Claudius and the queen thought that it
would be good to give in to Hamlet’s request to somehow ease his grief.
