Elizabethan theaters are categorized as two groups based on their location like the ones in the London district and the ones all over the country side of England. The ones in the London district will be near or along the river Thames. Few such theaters are Shakespeare's Globe Theater and The Rose Theatre on the south side of the Thames, Blackfriars Theatre on the northern banks of the Thames and so on.
