Good: independent plan for the United States
Bad/Ugly: The AoC gave major power to states and not federal government making the country weak. Gave rights to states unfairly. States of bigger size had more power in voting and decisions. Also the Continental Congress had made wartime purchases that could not be repaid due to lack of federal support and power.
