In the given statement, the King represents Unicracy as it is one King only who is going to rule the people. Also in the cartoon, the King say that he want to vote but he can't vote that depicts that there is no other competitor for the post of king other than himself. But his statement is misleading as it is signifying that he is forced to be the King although that is not the case.
