the leader must ensure that soldier receives medical attention. mild traumatic brain injury is a serious issue that affect different individual differently. it is a condition that does not result to visible physical injury but may affect performance and readiness of an individual by altering the normal function opf the brain. it is advisable to the leader that in the event they suspect that a soldier is suffering from mTBI they should help them seek medical attention to prevent further deterioration of their brain health.
