Dr.James isolated the bacteria and tested in different temperatures. The results were as he expected, the bacteria grew better at body temperature than room temperature.
We could see that in test tubes, with room temperature, there was less
turbidity while in body temperature there was high turbidity.
This means that the dependent variable in this experiment is B. growth of bacteria because it depends of the temperature they are in.
