First we should put this into an inequality form: 
-1.2x - 6.5x ≤ 2.3x + 5 
Next combine like terms: 
-7.7x ≤ 2.3x + 5
Then subtract 2.3x from both sides: 
-10x ≤ 5
Lastly, divide each side by -10: 
x ≥ -0.5
