An integer is whole numbers. These include negatives, positives, and zero itself. Integers are not fraction nor decimals.

Ex: 0, -5, 83 are all integers
      1/2, and 0.53 are not integers

a whole number; a number that is not a fraction. and negative integers lo left and positive integers go right on a number line I hope this helps you a little
