Glycolysis-cytoplasm , Krebs Cycle or Critic- mitochondria, Electron Transport Chain- mitochondria
Because of their unique nature a which is eukaryote is any living being whose cells have a cell core and different organelles encased inside layers. Since they can be either multicellular or unicellular those major steps mentioned above are necessary for them

The place where the steps are taken in the eukaryotes is given below:

  • Glycolysis - cytoplasm
  • Krebs Cycle or Critic- mitochondria
  • Electron Transport Chain- mitochondria

Eukaryotes refer to single-celled organisms that have cells that contain distinct nuclei. In this case, the cells are organized into different structures that are called organelles.

It should be noted that glycolysis occurs in the cytoplasm. The Krebs Cycle and electron transport chain take place in the mitochondria.

The mitochondria generate most of the chemical energy that is required to power the biochemical reactions of the cells. The cytoplasm is the medium for chemical reaction.
