   Given :- Total value of restaurant bill = 90 $
  Tip added in the bill = 18%
   Therefore the 18 percentage on 90 is = (90*18) /100 = 16.2$
  Therefore The tip value is = 16.2$
  Therefore the total amount is restaurant bill + tip value = 90$ + 16.2$ = 106.2 $
 Ans : - option is c ie 106.2 $.
