So in order to find the acceleration of a given system we need to find the change in velocity of the given system with respect to time.
So here the formula is given as

so in order to find the acceleration we need
[tex]v_2[/tex] = final velocity
[tex]v_1[/tex] = initial velocity
[tex]\Delta t[/tex] = time interval
