To turn a fraction to a percent, you must multiply 100 to the fraction, since a percent is out of a hundred. For example 1/4 can be changed by doing 1/4*100. Multiply 100 to the numerator(top) and divide that answer to the denominator(bottom). 1*100=100÷4= 25%. Hope this helps!!
