Who vetoes bills? Please help

A bill passed by the state legislature becomes state law when the governor of the state signs it, or goes back to the legislature if the governor vetoes it.

A bill passed by the US Congress becomes federal law when the President of
the USA signs it, or goes back to the Congress if the President vetoes it.

bill goes to the house of representatives and congress. after it is approved it goes to the president. the president can choose to veto the bill. if the bill is vetoed they can re right the bill or take a vote,if 2/3 of both houses vote in favor of the bill the presidents veto is overwritten.
