Design the wall and determine the distance

First note that 10 2/3 feet equate 127.2 inches. 
Denote by x the distance we are looking for. 
We have the following equation:
$x+25+x+25+x=127.2$
Solving the above equation for x we  get:
$x=\frac{127.2-25-25}{3}=25.7$
The distance is 25.7 inches.
