If you draw diagonal EG, then triangle EFG is congruent to triangle EHG since they have 3 congruent sides.
This means that angle FEG is congruent to angle HGE. Since the alternate angles are equal, they must be bounded by parallel lines i.e. EF is parallel to HG.
