You need to find what x is equal to for each equation, so you can sub why x is equal to in the place I'd x to eliminate the variable
1. 6x-5y=-4
6x=5y-4
X=5/6y-2/3
2. 4x+2y=28
4x=-2y+28
X=-1/2y+7
