The staff unit should conduct Debriefing.
Debriefings are usually in small unit and crew activities, and this is in context
of a training shown to improve Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
significantly when conducted formally using pre-defined measures of performance
derived from front-end analysis. Debriefings are very effective when conducted
actively between the person of the immersive activity and the assessment or observation
personnel.
