Calling the credit card company will enable you to report the activity and render the card invalid. The company will also inform you of any further action you should take to protect yourself.
Closing all bank accounts associated with the credit card is a "throwing the baby out with the bath water" approach. It likely is not necessary. Ordering your credit report will take too long, and won't tell you anything that the credit card company can't tell you.
