I need help on the steps on doing this problem??

50 - 3n = 7n + 80
    +3n     +3n ( add 3n to both sides)
50 = 10n + 80
-80            -80 (subtract 80 from both sides)
-30 = 10n (divide both sides by 10)
n = -3
