Why are campaign finance laws administered by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) not well enforced?

Respuesta :

Because there is too many loopholes like for an example before the main feingold act you can spend unlimited amount of money on a campaign which would be soft money 
the FEC does not have enough staff or funding.
