You can either graph the two lines on an online graphing website and find where they intersect. 

If you aren't allowed to do so, just plug in one equation into the other.
y=3x+12, so plug in y into 2y= -x-11.
Then you get 2(3x+12)=-x-11. 
Distribute to get 6x+24= -x-11
At this point I hope you can solve for x by yourself, but if you can't, here's how:
7x+24=-11
7x=-25
x=[tex] \frac{-25}{7} [/tex]
To find y, plug in x into either equations: 2y= -x -11 and y=3x + 12.
You get about -3.714
So coordinate of interesection= [tex] \frac{-25}{7} [/tex] , -3.714
