Waldo is traveling south from Turkey and is floating in the Mediterranean Sea. He is looking for a quick way to the Red Sea. He sees a sign for a man-made waterway which will allow him to reach the Red Sea instead of having to sail around the continent of Africa. Where is Waldo?
he is still floating the the Mediterranean Sea because all he did was see the sign that tells him what it will lead him to, it never says he goes through the man made waterway and it never says he moves
