What types of decisions did Henry Ford (and others) make that helped with the transformation of the industry? What made these decisions possible? What consequences did these decisions have on the industry?

Respuesta :

1) Henry Ford had a dream to make cars affordable for everybody, but his main aim was to create a motor car for the great multitude. Obviously, such a car was among expensive ones, so Ford started to search for cheapest materials for production in order to be able to lower the price and make it for all the people.

2)
At first, Ford made an economic research among his competitors' production and customers’ needs in order to find out the factors which could help him to create his assembly line. He realized that interchangable parts of car, division of labour and continuous flow are what his team should aim to. His team created cars following these factors.

3) Henry Ford commercial decisions had a great influence on the industry because of his special approach for creating production. He was called '' a traitor for his class'' because of the system that he developed. The factors he included in his production soon become popular with other industrial producers too which means that he left a significant trail behind.
