Compare the volume formulas for the prism and the pyramid:

Prism:  (base)(height)

Pyramid:  (1/3)(base)(height)

Thus, if the volume of the prism is 66 cu in, the vol. of the triangular pyramid is (1/3)(66 cu in) = 22 cu in.
