A store is having a Cyber Monday sale where everything is discounted 30%. Find the discount and the sales price if a customer buys a TV that normally sells for $365. What would the total cost be if there is a 6% sales tax?

100 % = $365
Discounted Price = $365 - (30% x $365) 
                            = $255.50
Price with tax = $255.50 + (6% x 255.50)
                      = $270.83
                     = $270.80

$365 * 0.7  =  $255.50
+ 6% sales tax  gives  255.5 * 1.06 = $270.83 answer
