DUST and Clouds Dew These are the particles of water vapor
gathered around dust in the air. When they gathered, they form droplets of
liquid water. In the case of boiling water the steam particles collide with one
and other and form droplets large enough to fall down or a decrease in
atmospheric pressure and temperature is the reason why water to form on cooler
surfaces.
