This is an addition problem. Let's start with ith oz. 4 oz plus 14 oz = 18 oz. Now, put 18 oz aside. So, we have to add 8 lbs plus 14 lbs = 22 lbs. Now, you have to put it together - 22 lbs 18 oz (because lbs comes before oz)
