it can be healthy to wear hats because they protect you from too much sunlight and and  too much sunlight can cause skin cancer. wearing a hat to much though can cause you to lose hair. 

It all depends on the person and hair type I guess.


Sometime hats help keep moisture in for peoples hair and sometimes it dries it out.

In some cases it rubs peoples hair out ... but it sure is a stylish accessory !

Most of the time hats are okay to wear
