To migrate is a verb that describes the movement from one country, region, or place to another.
Adjective on the other hand is an attribute that further defines certain noun.
Three adjectives that describe different types of migration are:
1. external migration - migartion outside national boundaries
2. internal migration -migration within national boundaries
3. human migration - the movement of people
