The three major rivers that were claimed by France as they
flow through its land are: the Seine River, the most popular and most
recognized river among the two other rivers; the river known for its biggest volume
and considered the deepest river-- the Rhone River; and, the longest river
compared to the two others, the Loire River. These three major rivers are known
for their amazing characteristics and because they flow through the land of
France, the country claims them.
