Unsure of what you mean by "greater than or equal 254." Missing "to?"
In your shoes I would write 325 > or = 254. That's an inequality, not a graph.
Or, you could plot 254 first, as a black dot. Then draw an arrow to the right from this black dot. Then any point on this arrow satisfies the condition "x is greater than or equal to 254."
Certainly 325 would be on this arrow, and would be located to the right of 254.
