The Constitution places particular limits on who may become a president because:
1. The person is going to lead the country which is composed with different points of view, beliefs, religion, so it is necessary to have somebody capable of meet everybody`s expectations.
2. The history has shown the president is the leader capable of good and bad things, therefore it is necessary place the limit in order not to repeat the mistakes of the past.
3. Countries in order to meet the democracy`s requirements must have the limitations for such a position.
