that's a BIG increase in price!  What cost $65 yesterday is now $156.  What was the increase?  $156 - $65 = $91.

Next:  $91 is what fraction of $65?  Divide.  Answer:  1.4.

Finally, multiply this last result by 100%:  140% (answer)
