According to Newton's Second Law of Motion, Force=Mass x Acceleration.
This suggests that Force is Directly Proportional to Acceleration, thus, higher the force provided by the engine, more will be the acceleration obtained.
Newton's Second Law also suggests that Acceleration is Inversely Proportional to Mass, thus, lower the mass, more acceleration will be attained.
Acceleration is nothing but simply the change in velocity with respect to time, which in turn means, higher the top velocity of the car more will be the acceleration.
Changes to be Considered:-
1. Increase the Force provided by the Engine.
2. Decrease the Mass of the Car.
3. Increase the Top Velocity the Car can travel.
